Central development PLEASE CENTRAL COMPLAINTS UNDEVELOPED , CHEAP labour and the worst mistake of your life!!!

I have been dealing with central development since 3 years ago and it has been a NIGHTMARE!!!! The rie house look amazing at first but the amount of defects u will face its appalling. When it rained there would be water marks on the wall and the balcony, the amount or rats and mince at an estate? We were without water for weeks yet we r paying, waste would not be picked up for weeks but you are constantly reminded of the levies, not to mention the water pressure that is not consistent and the strangers roaming around yet there security in the so called estate. I am glad we sold our house but the struggle continues as we r renting at the Manhattan Lofts where my bathroom door could not shut unless you lock out (not sure who does the quality check) cheap labour I guess even after the billions they make, cupboards shelves falling but supposedly “new”, it took them 3 week to connect our DSTV pathetic! Yolisa who is supposedly our agent could mot be bothered to call &f mid out if everything was sorted I guess she got the sale commission in the bag no after sale follow up call. When we moved in they painted a beautiful picture of a nice peaceful home for us for the coming months but it’s like a varsity res where you have to beg the matron for everything in this case service.

People keep forgetting that in EVERY business the consumer is the main aspect and a happy customer is a retiring customer.
