Central Development - Parklands Heights

Overall, I’m enjoying my experience at Parklands Heights. The apartments are beautiful, and the development has a lot of potential.

I’d especially like to commend the staff for being professional and straightforward, particularly Tinashe. Communication between us has been excellent, and he has always been direct and easy to deal with, which I really appreciate.

That said, after being here for just over a month, I do feel there are still areas that need significant improvement, particularly when it comes to the billing system and the way water and electricity are managed.

For example, I once woke up to find a message stating that I owed an extremely large amount for water and electricity, despite having sufficient credit on the app. Although the issue was eventually resolved, I still feel that situations like this should not happen in the first place. What was even more frustrating was not receiving a clear explanation of how the error occurred. Being told that it was a mistake and that it had been fixed does not really address the underlying concern.

Another issue that I believe needs serious consideration is the management fees and other monthly charges app**** through the electricity/water payment system. This is something I’ve heard discussed by other residents as well, and I think greater transparency around these charges would go a long way.

When residents raise questions about billing, water or electricity, they need clear and concrete answers rather than uncer*****y or vague explanations.

To be fair, I understand that Parklands Heights is still a developing property, and I’m sure there are growing pains that come with that. I’m not saying the place is bad—in fact, I genuinely enjoy living here and think it is a beautiful development.

My main concern is simply that the billing, water and electricity systems need more attention, transparency and consistency. If those areas improve, I believe Parklands Heights could be an even better place to live.
