Central development fees
I had a very bad experience today with the inspection process. I was charged fees that I never received communication about, when I moved in I found the place very dirty with dust and I cleaned it with no complaints. Today they charged me a cleaning and fumigating fee and I was advised that it is the new rule but I never received any communication from admin. I was also charged a labour fee and polish fee for stove while it was clean. I will never recommend anyone to stay there.
