CENTRAL DEVELOPMENT ****** ********,
People you see central developments run for your life do not sign up with them they have *********** agent who don't do their work deliberately,only to chow your deposit in the and their lease agreement contracts are shady and ********. you will pay for staff that you did not even damage they will make up staff just to take your money. Stay away RUN THE OTHER WAY PEOPLE

As per the email that was sent to you yesterday, please refer to the lease agreement. You signed the contract, and initialed all the pages therefore you accepted/agreed to terms and conditions - making this a legally binding document. Unfortunately due to the maintenance needed to fix the unit and the early termination of your lease, your deposit can not be refunded. Should you need anymore clarity on this please contact the site manager at Lemon Tree.
