Central Development (Constant Increase of Levies)

Central Development is one of the housing properties one should be careful of, it is 2 years now staying in one of the properties that I have bought with them and I must say, the challenges one has with them are ongoing. Just recently there was an increase in levies with no real explanation as to why we have to pay the amount that we are currently paying even though the amount of service received from them is really terrible, houses are being broken into all the time, street lights constantly go off whereby we have to take matters into our own hands to contact the Municipality into assisting us and the matters go on and on. On the 22nd of May 2020, they issued a letter with another levy increase for the refuse bin. The city of Tshwane never mentioned to anyone that they will be charging for collection of bins but instead, CSI releases letters to homeowners stating that there will be refuse bin charges of R328.30 were as there were no charges before, why are they increasing and also is City of Tshwane aware of this because they are the ones collecting our bins. This is unacceptable!!!
