Central Development cares

My Wife and I bought property from Central Development. There are issues, one issue that needs urgent attention is the leaking carport and is also dripping along the wall. I have evidence of me engaging central development about the issue since we moved in, and to today the carport has not been fixed. Secondly Central Development did not disclose to us that the area the property is built on, is on top of a dolomite rock. We would never have agreed to the sale of the property had we known prior to the sale.
