Central Development lease contract
<div>Service is so hurtful. Rent increased in the middle of ongoing lease and it is not discussed but one sided.
Would not recommend to anybody for accommodation.</div>

Please note that as per the rental escalation clause in your signed lease agreement, rental increases take place annually at a market-related %, subject to change at the owner’s discretion. As our increases are based on market-related increases and inflation, this increase is effective on your unit, regardless of your lease period. Notification of the increase is sent to the leaseholder, 2 months before the increase date, via email and SMS. As per the notification sent to the leaseholder, the price increase on your unit is effective from 01/04/2023.
