Central demolishment
More like 'central demolishment' .waterkloof marina....they stole our money during a time of covid no less. And where in worldclass facilities do you find such cheap finishings? Not a worthwhile investment.

We regret that you have found it necessary to post your comment after the negotiations we had regarding the cancellation of your transaction at a very late stage. As per the sales agreement your unit was built and prepared for occupation. Even though we have received your request for cancellation of the transaction at such a late stage after completion of the unit when it was ready for handover and transfer, we made the concession to accept your cancellation and to put it back on the market at an additional cost to us. As negotiated with you via your attorney your deposit was refunded to you with exception of the marketing fee. The process of the cancellation was transparent, and we are in possession of the instruction from your attorney to proceed with cancellation since you were prepared to reimburse the spilled marketing costs. At no stage whatsoever was any money “******” from you.
We are further surprised by your comment on the finishes of the units. Your decision to buy a unit in the development was amongst others based on your viewing of the show unit where you witnessed the quality of the building work first hand. Unfortunately, you didn’t make use of the opportunity to inspect your completed unit to assess the standard it was finished to as all units are completed to the same standard as the show units.
We regret your derogatory comments despite the fact that we accepted your breach of contract with the absolute minimal financial loss to yourself.

18 Feb 2022, 11:54Hi. Absolute minimal loss to ourselves? Is that R50 000? We all were initially overwhelmed by covid and our loss of income. We had no choice but to cancel. But R50 000 is hardly a "small" marketing fee or "minimal loss". It is nit that you had to do so much more marketing in any case, you were on site from the start ans are still there. The more we think about it the madder we get. And now you are selling prime position units for almost R300 000 less - and still making profit even after two years of increases in product prices? The customer is always getting *****ed in the end. I guess that says it all....
