CDP Denials and lies

Due to lockdown many companies are struggling to pay their staff and I am one of them. I have informed CDP about this who then demanded that the company forward them a letter to this effect which was duly done and duly so the immediate response was this letter is not acceptable. Both withstanding that the entire world including South Africa is on a strict Lockdown with the government pleading with all sectors to to be humane about decision of all human concerned I was harrassed for the month’s rental. With correspondence, telephone calls to and fro to my company and myself I received a Letter if Demand on the 7April 2020 which I was expecting with the allusion to the last phone call that this will be following when I was told the the electricity will be disconnected and my response was that it is inhuman for you to be doing this during this trying time that we are ball facing. Bearing in mind that we are on LOCKDOWN and movement is very restricted I had no option how to get any financial assistance to resolve THAT months pending rent. Needless to say on the 8April at 13:30 I was left with no electricity, but on contacting CDP I was told under no circumstances that they disconnect electricity and that they know a technician was working on site but did not work on my block. So how was I left powerless...... after speaking to numerous persons involved I was given the runaround and told the same story that no disconnections and that due to my only nonpayment they cannot call out anybody, they will not pay for the fallout. Lo and behold after signing an notice to evict letter security was told to switch the power on at the Units DB which I confirmed with security personal before she leave to her work station. Security’s response I quote - after I gave her the letter she gave me permission to switch the power on at the box unquote. This is but one of the scenarios at CDP which I think transpired personally because I am Indian and this person has something against Indians ........ well I leave it up to the good people of SA
