Capital View. I m not happy with client service. I clog a call regarding my issue with cracks. I realized that my house has cracks in and on the walls. They didn't respond until when I called a lady by the name Pink advise me to take pictures and it did.. They asked me for more pictures and I advise them to rather send a person to come and assess as they walls r very far I struggled a lot to take those pics I sent. That was last month until today no response. No communication, no one was sent to assess the cracks and I noticed the cracks 5 month after I have moved in...I'm losing trust if my issues will ever be resolved as the month passed with no response.. Disappointed

12 Jan 2025, 20:20I was called once by the lady named Pink from Conso Tswane, and promised to call me back. It was before festive. I'm still waiting for the call.. I'm so disappointed in Cosmopolita. When they advertise the houses they will followup on us. Now that we have issues they are ignoring our calls.. If not fixed this week. I will need to escalate to NHBRC.
