Buying an apartment under central development is the biggest regret of my life.. We've lodged a plumbing issues 42@Lotus, it was attend and same plumbing issue is even worse than before.. Water literally drips from walls inside the units.. Wall units are rotten, You can smell moulds and their entire complex has a plumbing issues.. From green walls due to water in the walls, when an above unit is bathing or showering water flows right in front of your door.. Human waste comes from a bathtub every time people from above units use their toilets..
