Bull**** service from the junction at Forest Hill 1

I had my power cut off due to my rental not reflecting on the system as advised by the caretaker "Mxolisi". I logged a complaint trying to find out why would my power, which I personally buy be cut off as it has nothing to do with the rent. Why can't they lock me out if there is a problem with my rental. I also mentioned that this is the second instance that this have happened, and it was never addressed. I logged a complaint on Monday, 11th of November 2019 and followed up on Thursday, 14th of November; a rude stupid consultant answered and said they know nothing about such as they never cut power and that there was a technical issue.
