Breach of Contract

<p>I had a lease at Thatch Hill Estate that was for 6 months and it started in December 2015 and the contract of the lease state that the rent increase will only be increased when the contract is renewed but to my surprise the agency increase the contract after 2 months. </p> <p>I am advising everybody to stay away from this agency as you will have problem when you want to leave as now i have moved out of the premises but now they say i have to pay money for wall paint </p> <p> </p>
