Booking fee query

I was looking for accommodation at little Manhattan at Pretoria West then the agent advise me to put R1000 to secure the place then after they place was taken away so now the agent said to me to wait for another one then later I decided to to quit and get my money back so now they said to me I won't get my money and there is no any contract I signed , it's only application form I signed to check my credit score..I won't recommend anyone to stay there.please assist me with this matter. contact: ********** 779/ ********** 265 and my contact ********** 156 and they should provide me with a copy of the contract I signed , showing that I will forfeit my entire deposit if I don't move into the flat.
