Boardwalk heights refugee camp

Moving into Boardwalk heights is probably one of the worst decisions I've ever made.

1. First of all it took them 1 hand half months for them to activate my electricity account, had to sit in the dark for 3 days! 2. Secondly, the ants all over the estate. No fumigation whatsoever. When I raised this as a concern I was told 'ants are ants' 3. I got harrased with letters and emails stating that my account with them is in arrears. After I had to take time off from work and went to their office, I was told it was an 'error' on their side. 4. Lastly, and worst of all. The poor service and treatment you recieve from estate management. The lady working at the estate management office has such a terrible attitude!!!!

Staying at Boardwalk heights literally feels like staying at a refugee camp, if not worse.

I regret every single day moving into this place. Don't make the same mistake!
