I do not even know where to start. This is the most annoying place to live in. 1. When there is no electricity there is no water. For the past couple of days we have been experiencing power failure. Whenever this happens we have no water. Now like a person who is not paying rent where they live, you constantly have to ask friends to use their showers. This is so annoying really, especially in winter. I am so fed up with this place. 2. When it’s cold the solar panels are so weak that the water is not warm enough. You have to call them to set up your geyser. Now since the power is on and off this days, you literally have to call them all the time to set up your geyser. 3. Noise I’ve given up on this one, I will not even mention it here. That time they’ve increased rent but the way they do not take care of things around here is really frustrating. I would not advise anyone to stay here.

19 Jun 2020, 11:25Good day Pumela. Unfortunately there is a defect at the Power substation in Mooikloof, hence the electricity is down in the area. The water pump system functions on electricity and also gets affected when the power is down. We are trying our utmost to find a solution to this matter, but kindly bear in mind that the actual cause is at the substation. We will inform all tenants of the way forward soonest. If you are experiencing noise in the complex kindly inform our security as we have procedures in place. Once security is notified they are dispatched to confront the perpetrators. We apologize for any inconvenience.
