Bad vibes
When they need to sort out something they will draaaag their feet. When they are advertising and want you to pay they will blow up your phone. I spoke to someone who said they will not be able to help me because it's after hours, but called back shortly because I had spoken to someone else. Such bad vibes. I really wouldn't recommend at all

Kindly note that as per your signed lease agreement, you are required to provide the landlord with a notice of no less than 20 business days to avoid penalties. Kindly refer to clause 21.1.2 which states that the landlord shall be entitled to recover any loss suffered by the landlord as a result of such cancellation of the lease agreement by charging the tenant a reasonable cancellation penalty.
