BAD SERVICE

Was renting at East on 82 for 2 years and when it was time for me to move out they took half of my deposit because apparently it my responsibility to pay for fumigation and for repaint. Mind you nobody will inform you upon moving in that this will happen to your money when you move out. To top it all of it's not even stated on the contract, the only part that is there state that a tenant should be responsible for fumigation only if they had pets during their stay and when I tried to raise that to them I was flatly ignored. Hate myself for staying in one of their properties.
