Bad Service

I have complaining about the tenant 431 Block 1 at Junction Village 3 with no success, they are gyming in the unit and bumping a ball as late as 9 to 11pm almost everyday. I raised the issue at the office, with head office and the building manager still with no success because this gready people are concerned about rental amount over our peace of mind, how do we sleep when ppl are gyming and bumping a ball around 23h00? The lady doesn't open for the security when they approach her, she tells them it's the child playing with the ball at 10pm . This is the worst disrespect we are experiencing.

Last week a lady from Head office phoned and said they will sort it out, I ges she is sleeping well where she stays with no distractions
