Bad management and poor administration

Worst customer service in the history of customer service. Worst complex to rent from. I've been trying to change my debit order date since December 2017 with no success, all I get is that I originally made it for the 20th of the month. Now I have changed my other debit orders with no problem picked up the phone and in seconds it was changed no hassle. Why because I changed employers and with it my salary date changed. But with them no they ignore my requests and now they still refuse to change the date unless I fill in a new form and send proof of the date I get paid. For crying out loud do you want my money or not! The construction of the buildings were done poorly, the pipes for the appliances are blocked and even after the plumber "fixed" it, it is still not working. Tenants are allowed to hang their dirty laundry on the walls. Nigerians are allowed to cell drugs in the complex. We cannot hear who is at the gate when security calls and this has been put to the attention of management. I give up. Why do you take on a development or several developments if you cannot management them properly!!!???????
