On the first week of November I allegedly received a fine for R1000 from (for being noise after 10 and throwing bottles from my balcony). When Charles (Security Supervisor) come to my flat I told him none of this way true and he told me this would be thrown away because the was not enough evidence to support any of these claims. I the ask him about 3-4 weeks later he told me he is still sorting it out, I spoke to him several times after that but it was still not sorted. About a week ago I came home from work to find that my flat was locked by Central Development, went to enquirer about this they told me it was because of outstanding rent, which I then should that my rent payment was up to date, when they looked in to it feather they picked up it was cause of the R1000. I was then asked to spoke to Charles(Central Development), after hearing my story he then said the was nothing he could do the matter must be moved to someone above him because he does not know what to do. I asked Charles not to move the outstanding amount of R1000 to my electrical bill till this whole thing was sorted out. Yesterday before I bought electricity I saw that the R1000 was moved to my account. I had to sleep with an empty stomach and wash with cold water because of Central Developments incompetence.
Thanks for the feedback. We're glad we could resolve the matter.
