Bad experience at Route 82

I really must say that it wasn't a pleasant stay its been hardly 3months since I stayed there and the customer service there is not exceptional. I wasn't the first tenant there and the place was not 100% clean I had to re-clean and the oven door was faulty I reported it till today it has not been fixed and I have not been able to use the oven. They missed a debit order from my account in april and they only picked it up almost end of May now I have an inconvenience of paying extra towards the rent and now just because I've missed it with a R1000 they decide to cut off my electricity without even communicating with me now I'm being transferred to Pretoria for work my notice should end in July but i still have to pay 2 months rent what nonsense is that? I would never recommend anyone to reside there no matter how desperate they'd be.

Good day Buhle Thank you for your review.We don't have any record of you reporting any defects in your unit, neither have you mentioned this prior to your complaint.We have different platforms where you can report maintenance for your convenience. We have the QR code scanner and maintenance link directing you to our maintenance platform. We also have a maintenance site office and Client care line at your full disposal. Please make use of these options for effective assistance.  There was an error on your account that has been rectified. We apologize for the mistake on our end. We have accepted the arrangement that you have made to pay the outstanding amount which you breached afterward. You received a promotional discount when you app**** for the apartment, on the condition that you stay for twelve months. Please take note that if you do not stay for the duration of your signed lease agreement, it is regarded as a breach of contract as stipulated in Section twenty-one, and the penalty is clear. You have an obligation towards your contract, as you are bound by the terms and conditions therein, by law. We thank you kindly for your understanding.  Regards,
