Bad customer service!
Very bad customer service! I just received an eviction latter from Central development, Lemon tree apartments. With out any disclosure as to what we did wrong.
The only thing they said was that - We only act on befalf of the landlord and his sole and absolute discretion.
My only guess why we are being evicted is that we complained about the treatment we've been receiving from the landlord and the security. I once went to the landlord Franco to complain and he said, and I quote'i don't give a ****'.
The security would come to my unit and say I am making noise even though I'm just watching a movie on my TV set, while theres plenty of noise on other units.

We received numerous noise complaints from many different tenants on different occasions and when security was dispatched to address these matters, you still failed to adhere to the rules. You were also fined for attempting to assault our security. You have more than six consecutive complaints against your name since January, and for this reason the landlord, at his sole discretion, is cancelling your contract. We always strive to deliver good customer service, and we promote a well-kept, family-friendly estate that we want all our tenants to benefit from, but this is not possible if a tenant does not adhere to the rules as you continuously did without any regard for your neighbours.
