BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!

I had such a bad experience working with CENTRAL DEVELOPMENTS. I paid a holding deposit and due to unprofessionalism and not understanding what situations people can get into they refuse to give the holding deposit back. According to the law if its not your fault that you cant move in they must understand your situation and refund your deposit. I called these people and explained my situation, they said that they would come back to me the following day. After numerous phone calls from my grandmother my father and myself, they promise to come back to us, but they do not even return your phone calls. The manager is just never in office or is always in meetings. I phoned head office and they said it is not refundable, and they are using my holding deposit to advertise the new listing. How do you do business with a company like this? This is unacceptable !!! I' m so DISGUSTED
