Assist with bond registration

I just want assistance. I app**** for the property in October 2020 and leopard rest estate. The bank approved and they notified me on the 2nd of November 2020. I went to sign some of documents on the 10th of November and i was told that lawyers assigned to my bond application will be in touch with to finalise everything. I am suppose to pay deposit of R124600 and that i can only do when i sign document drafted by the lawyers. I have phoned the lawyers and the said they are waiting for the bond instruction from the developer and the the developer also says they are waiting for the bond instruction from the bank. I then phoned the bank and i was told that bond instruction was issued on the 3rd of November 2020. May you please assist me understand where the holder up is. I want to arrange the issue of deposit an it can only be done when all the process are complete between lawyers and the developer. I am still going to wait for the house to be built but i am already loosing patience with only bond registrations. May you please address the issue and provide feedback.
