Appalling Service from Little Manhattan
I am having the worst experience with Little Manhattan in Pretoria West. When I moved in, they were so helpful. My bad experience started when we went for days without electricity and now the experience is worse. I moved out end of January and we gave them notice on the 6th of January and when I moved out, there was a guy Charles who did inspections. He informed me of the deductions of my deposit and I signed. Today when I contact them to follow up, they telling me that I will not receive a cent because of "late notice". I am beyond frustrated because Charles told me to wait for 20 days for the deposit and today this happens. Is this how you treat people?

We apologise for any inconvenience you might have experienced. Unfortunately your termination did not fall within the required notice period of 20 business days as per clause 7 in your rental agreement. Since the contract clearly states that the deposit will not be refunded in the case of a late notice period, this is the course of action which was taken in this case.
