Appalling Service!!!

I would like to share my bad experience with you guys as i am a first time buyer of a flat in Route 82 in Kibler Park.

I app**** in April and till date i am still waiting and on another hand my younger sister and i app**** in different place at the same time in April and it took 3 months and she is in her place.

The service i received is Appalling, The Agent by the name of Patricia book a meeting for me to come and check the place on the 7th of August 2021 and i was on time that she schedule for us and guess what i waited there for almost 20 to 30mnts and when she came to us she told me its black people time.

I regret applying with them as the SLA on their promo is buy now and move immediately and that's the blue ****, i wish to speak to someone higher not these *********** agents.

Good day Themba As we've explained to you, before an application can be lodged the property as a whole must first be registered as a Section Title Scheme. Once we receive approval from the different authorities involved, a Certificate of Sectional Title is issued. Only then can we submit applications for registration. The Deeds Office requires that sectional title properties be submitted in bulk. We therefore have to prepare a large batch of applications at a time before they can be lodged at the Deeds Office for registration. Your application has already been lodged and should register in your name within one to four weeks. However, since this process may be lengthy, we have given you the option to move in already and pay occupational rent until the property registers in your name. We will notify you immediately when the property registers. Please contact our team, who has been dealing with your application, should you have any further uncer*****ies. Regards,
