Appalling conditions at Little Manhattan Pretoria West

<p>I live in Little Manhattan Complex in Pretoria West. The conditions at that complex are appalling to say the least. There are insects crawling out of the cupboard, I'm waiting for more than 3 months for my flat to be fumigated. This week there was no electricity for 3 days! I would not recommend this place to anyone. There is absolutely zero leadership from management. I have sent numerous e-mails but have received no response to date.</p>
