Annoyed about customer service

i am deeply annoyed by the incompetence and arrogance of the council admin manager and everyone involved in registering the property. There's so many fees that we pay when I sent them an email requesting clarity/explanation, they simply ignore all emails and their call center is also useless in terms of laying complaints. You will tell them you need to lay a complain and they will simply put you on hold until you run out patience. so in short, no one at central developments is willing to assist...if only I knew all this things prior, I wouldn't have brought my house with them
