Lemon Tree Apartments
i have a question? when a tenant owes one Month rent, they sent invoice including outstanding credit, i am happy with that. Early morning as i get ready to to work, my access is blocked and the office is not open as yet, the guards are not allowed to open for us, so i was later for my meeting at work. is it lawful to block access without a formal notification?

25 Feb 2021, 09:14Good day, Unfortunately the Management Kobus Bosman refused to make an arrangement for me to settle my areas and my access to the estate is blocked and Electricity disconnected even when it is prepaid . Lemon Trees Apartments is a horrible place to stay. So I need to know from Central Developments is that how you conduct your business ? Please quote a clause in tenants contract that notes the above misconduct carried out by the individual mentioned. As far as my situation has been handled during the Pandemic we currently facing, CPA that you mention alot in the contract has been contravened and the Government Gazzet May help you deal better with situations if you need more clarity of how to deal with tenants.
This has been the worse experience ever, when i thought i had found a better place closer to work, But i feel harrassed and denied my acess to basic needs. i can not imagine if i had children how would the situation been worsened .
if this is lawful, why did i not get a written notification up to this day?
