A ******** act from central development

We as residents have a major problem with this complex called Oxford heights located in Montana Pretoria. We are all suffering from the pandemic and some of us have big loss of income. After making a arrangement with management of the complex and giving them all the proof from my employer of the situation at work. They keep sending treating letters of demand. We all have prepaid electricity and prepaid water. Borrowing money from family and friends to help us with electricity and water and food. If i load R100. Electricity i only get 9.90 units of electricity. Where before i got 39.90 units for R100. On the slip is says R70 deduction for arrears. We have up to now lost over R1000 of the money that they deduct for arrears. Was told my the management that its out of there hands as the system does it automatically. And was told that it will get deducted from the rent. But come month end. Statement does not show the money was dedicated. I contacted head office and explain to them the situation. And then get told they don't deduct any money from the ACCOUNT. So when i go and see the management of the and explain what head office said. He just say he will sort this out. But nothing comes from that. There are so many that have the same problem in the complex. There are some been without electricity for more than a week.
