A traumatic experience with The Junction Village 2 Apartments

I have never been so traumatized like this by a place I considered home. On Friday I was involved in an accident Physically I was in pain all I wanted to have my car parked and go treated medically as my body was still in shock. I called the towing truck to help with taking my car to a place I thought was home. As insurance Advised they will come pick up the car in the morning. I got to The Junction Village 2 to explain to the security guards what had happened time was 22:18 pm and even told them they can talk to the agent who was on the phone with me about them confirming coming to collect my car. First of alI have never seen people who are as heartless as the three-security people that were on duty. Tintswalo, Sydney and Thabo telling me I cannot enter the premise and they don't care if I had an accident or in pain, but I won't be allowed in it has nothing to do with them they are doing their job. I was told I should wait for the office to open at 8 for me to have my car parked in. As traumatized as I was, I couldn't not understand I asked them where in contract does it state that, certainly when I entered into the agreement no one ever mentioned that condition. they told me they have it written down as it is the rule of The Junction Village 2 I asked them to see where that was written they didn't have want to show me the contract they said they have because they didn't have it in written as they said. what hurts is them laughing saying I am wasting their time; I have witnesses as they even agreed to testify what they saw I experienced. I asked them if the is a number I can call for emergency so I can get assistance they refused to give me numbers saying they were instructed not to give out any numbers a place where one rents you can't call anyone in time of need as they are not allowed to call anyone at night. I told them it's an ******* law instruction for a rental place to give out such instructions. I was left stranded alone at night as a woman as they kept laughing telling me I am wasting their time they got work to do. I even asked them if they can say what they told me again as I wanted to record them, they refused. if you are confident that you are following procedure surely, they wouldn't have a problem saying it on record. I still type this in disbelief of what I experienced. I was forced to pay extra money which i didn't have to make sure my car is safe because a place where I have been a resident for 4 years treats people like that. They even told me I can do whatever I want, and I will be taking this up. this is by far was a traumatic experience not the first time I had experienced bad service from you, but this takes the cup. I will be moving out before my term ends as I will never stay at a place where their residents are not priority.
