2LetNow, Central Development, Manhattan Lofts JUNK, STAY AWAY!

I moved to this dump named Manhattan Lofts two months ago and it has been hell. They suppose to be new units but that piece of junk is far from that , nothing works there , my life revolves around the maintenance of my unit , I can live my life , I can’t rest , I can’t go anywhere cause I’m always waiting for someone to fix something in my unit. Some of the problems I have been encountering ever since I took occupation includes, bathroom ceiling leak , they keep claiming that it is sorted but my ceiling still leaks . Toilet is also leaking , when I flush it , a flood of water gushes out . Guest bedroom had a damp wall as a result they have to repaint cause the damp damaged the paint, so basically the guest bedroom has a wet soggy wall with fading paint, at some point my door wouldn’t lock ,my cupboards were falling , reported that over 3 times , had to keep my clothes on the bed cause each time I pack them in the closet , everything would fall. NOTHING WORKS and they don’t care , they keep harassing me while at work asking to send a person to assess , they always assessing the unit but nothing changes , I have no peace cause I always have someone over fixing something and the following day it’s another problem . If you want peace and value for money , STAY AWAY FROM MANHATTAN LOFTS , it’s a PIECE OF JUNK.
