Central Blue Tyres ****

I bought a set of second hand tyres from Hennie Bekker trading as Central Blue Tyres in Boksburg on 31 October 2019. Hennie promissed me that the tyres were in very good condition with 7mm tread left. The courier dropped off a set of s**** tyres. Hennie said that the courier picked up the wrong set of tyres and will send me another set in a couple of days. 3 weeks later and he still have not send me tyres. I requested my money back. He promised me to pay me back but every day its a new excuse. Now I need to lay a case against him to recover my money.
