I was assisted by Themba to uplift my car 100km away from the incident location. I found out that he had suffered a great loss just the day before, yet he chose to be at work and what was more surprising was how he worked with a smile and laughed with me despite it all. He kept telling me that "It's about keeping the customer happy." And that shocked me, because he could have still been working but with no smile to show. I didn't feel like I was going through formalities, it felt like I was communicating with a genuine human being outside of business as usual. Even though he was doing his job, I am very grateful for his service tonight. Not everybody can give that level of service considering their personal circumstances. He really cares for his job and takes it seriously wholeheartedly! I hope that his sacrifice will be rewarded by his superiors. Thank you thank you thank you Themba.
