Unhappy customer

Ever since I moved to Hillside view I have always had issues with my electricity. It's been 2 days and I have not received any help, the technicians are rude and at the same time they do a ****py job. Today I was at a friends place because I don't have electricity and the technician came when I asked him to wait for me and he said he could not do that, because the office told not to wait for me and that I had to log another call. How many calls does one have to log for a issue that has never been resolved? So if they do not come today it means I have to log another call and I will still have no electricity. Meanwhile I have to use my airtime to follow up, and they claim to have a turnaround Tim of 3 hours and it's been 2 days!!
