Terrible service

I have a electrical fair on the Centlec meter box in Bloemfontein,I reported the fault in the morning on Sunday.I kept on making follow up but no one showed up.later around 7pm I made a follow up and in was told that the fault was closed by the guy called Lisiemo saying he fixed the fault.I told the call center guy that we have been waiting the whole day and no one came to fix the box.the guy(Lisiemo) knocked off and we slept without electricity.today in the morning I reported again and as I'm writing this,I still don't have electricity,the fault is still not assigned to any tech.terrible service from our supplier
