Switching off geysers

Our two geysers at my home in Langenhoven Park have been switched off now for more than 48 hours. I have reported it, they have come out, and fiddled at the electric meter box outside. Another 7 hours passed, and still we have NO hot water!!! I have now reported it for a second time with reference # 472441. WHY would centlec switch off both my geysers over a weekend, and then not switch them back on again?
