Suck

<p>Probably the worse company in the country. After forcing me to go onto pre-paid electricity, their service is extremely poor. Me keypad just stopped working and i can not monitor my usage or balance. I cant input new token numbers. I have registered complaints, obtained two reference numbers, called all their numbers but a weel later have not heard anything from them yet. Their customer care numbers are not even answered.</p>
