Still receiveing estimated bills, but are on prepa

Why do we still get estimated bills????? We are on prepaid since February 2015 and before that the last reading available was August 2014 as the house burned down on the 31st of August. There was NO electricity what so ever used since then as ALL the wires was destroyed. <br> <br> I am getting real sick and tired of explaining this over and over again. I phoned numerous times and still we are being billed. Can you please get able people for this job as clearly idiots are working there. WE DON'T OWE YOU ANY MONEY!!!
