Ripple relay used to switch geyser off for. 48 hou

I reside at Pentagon Park. Centlec used the ripple relay to switch my geyser off Saturday, 28/02/2015, only to forget to switch it back on. After numerous complaints on Monday 02/03/2015, Centlec finally send someone out to check at 19:27. I was then informed that the geysers are switched off at that time and will only be switched on at 22:00. I phoned the call centre, only to hear a lot of excuses..on Tuesday, 03/03/2015 I got ahold of Sakkie Smith, a supervisor at Centlec. Again no explanation just excuses. He referred me to Casper Meintjies, another supervisor. I phoned the no 42 times, but no answer. I still do not know if the problem is fixed. What was made clear by Mr Smith is that the ripple relay will not be removed. No explanation for this attitude was provided. It makes no sense as I used more electricity to boil water on the stove and the kettle than what a geyser would use.. Mr Smith just laughed when I asked if I am going to get credit for my expenses (boiling water).
