Reoccurring issue not being repaired

<p>Centlec switches off the geysers twice per day, mine trips to off every time they do this, I then spend 30 on a cell phone to report that I have no hot water they come out and pull the switch up then when they switch off again it trips again outside, this happens twice a week and I sit without hot water for up to three days, surely the root of this problem needs to be fixed so when they switch the geyser back on mine does not trip each time and nobody can be bothered to do this all they do is come out after hours and switch it on again saying that is all they can do, Im so frustrated to pay for a service that is barely unusable and am fedup having to call these people out every week for the same issue.somebody please assists me I am unable to get results</p>
