Pathetic service

What utterly useless company. Lodged a complaint regarding streetlights that are not working. got a reference number ,just to find out 2 weeks later that he case was closed, meaning it was fixed. Still the lights was dead. Phoned again ,got a NEW reference number. 2 weeks later ,still dead lights. According to their website their values are CUSTOMER CENTRICITY. What a joke.
