No Service Delivery

I stay in 91 William Plaatjies, Heidedal, Bloemfontein. Myself and the neighbor next door have been without electricity for the past 5 days. It's only the two houses that's affected and have not been getting any assistance from Centlec. They keep on saying that they will send someone to assist but nothing has been done so far. We went to Centlec this morning and they said after two hours and its 7pm already.

These are the references that was given to me after I spoke to different people from the company. N*** N*** N*** N*** N***1 I am truly unhappy with the service and there seem to be no sense of urgency in this matter. Within this 5 days we had clear weather and now the rain is being used as an excuse for no service delivery. We had to throw food away and spend extra money on take aways which is an extra expense not budget for.
