Faulty meter

I called centlec yesterday to notify them that my meter does not accept the electricity bought,I was given a reference number M*** ,after hours of waiting I called the call center and was assisted by a nice lady I didnt get her name who told me that my call was closed and helped with logging another complain meaning I will sit again with a small baby without electricity.....
