Disgusted in your service and method of doing business

They installed a faulty prepaid electricity box in our friends house 2months ago and having phoned them numerous times it is still broken. They have been to their house only to say they will come again! David from Botshabelo branch only has excuses! And no solutions! Please David fire yourself because you do not know what you are doing!
