Centlec unable to provide essential service

Since October 2015 Centlec has failed to provide an essential service in Bloemfontein - Midway area.<br> The power was disconected 30 + times - .... When contacted they respond by saying \we do not know what the problem is "......<br> They clearly can not provide an essential service"
