bad service

<p>Good day, I live in Bloemfontein Freestate, about four weeks ago I reported my centlec box broken at centlec, they promised to bring me a new one, since then I am still waiting for my new box and now I must call Centlec everytime to come and load my electricity because I have no box, everytime I call them I wait anout 6 hours for them to arrive at my house and then they are so rude to me. I have 3 kids and animals that needs electricity and its not acceptable for me. Thank you</p>
