Account of R30 000 for a prepaid electricity met

Hi, I received an electricity account for R30 000,00 a year ago for an electricity meter in a flat which has been operating on prepaid electricity since I bought the flat in April 2003. I called me Suzanne Maartens a year ago in this regard and have been in contact with her ever since. This problem has still not been resolved. I need to resolve this problem ASAP as I am in the process of selling this property. I am very frustrated at the moment as it is almost impossible to get hold of me Maartens and when I do she says she will get back to me in half an hour and does not and then the whole frustrating process starts all over again!!
