Withheld students school reports and demanding School fees upfront

This high school was being forcefu towards us and held back my kids reports from the past year we have been twice to the school before they. Can close and all we told is we need to re reg before we can obtain the results. I have learnt. That home was given for the holidays and that also was not given. The school was demanding half of 2020 school fees upfront which we don't have they keep telling us to go to charity organisation to obtain funds. We still don't have last year's results for my kids. The department needs to look into the school and the manner in which conducts itself. The parents are not customers which money just comes out their pockets to pay ahead of the new year. I would like the department of education to contact me to look into this .
